1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Alexandra Riha Coaching. By accessing or using this website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms establish the legal relationship between you, as the client or visitor, and Alexandra Riha Coaching. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or our services.
2. Our Coaching Services
Flourish Focus: 1 x 90-minute coaching session for a defined leadership question, decision, or challenge.
Flourish Growth: 6-month coaching engagement with 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions.
Flourish Partnership: 12-month executive coaching partnership with 12 x 60-minute coaching sessions, 4 quarterly progress reviews, and between-session email and/or phone check-ins up to 30 minutes on an as-needed basis.
3. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for their own results. Coaching is a partnership, and success depends on the client's willingness to engage, take action, and maintain open communication. Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.
5. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
All fees are quoted in AUD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made via secure third-party payment providers as indicated at the time of booking or invoicing. Where a booking, payment, rescheduling, or cancellation is made through Simply.Coach, the applicable Simply.Coach booking terms shown at the time of booking also apply. If there is any inconsistency, the terms most protective of the client’s rights under Australian Consumer Law will apply. Access to coaching sessions is contingent upon the receipt of full payment according to the agreed schedule.
6. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds
To reschedule a coaching session, the client must provide at least 28 hours’ notice by email or through the booking platform. Sessions rescheduled with less than 28 hours’ notice may be treated as used or forfeited, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you wish to cancel a coaching package or booked session, you must provide written notice at least 5 days before the scheduled start date or session date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled start date or session date may be non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or otherwise agreed in writing. If a coaching package has already commenced, refunds for unused sessions will be considered in line with the Coaching Agreement, the booking terms in Simply.Coach, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including coaching tools, worksheets, and website content, are the intellectual property of Alexandra Riha Coaching. They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without expressed written consent.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching conversations, except where disclosure is required by law. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice. Alexandra Riha Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website beyond the limits defined by Australian law.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before seeking external mediation or legal action.
11. Testimonials
Any testimonials or reviews displayed on the website are real experiences of actual clients. However, they are not guarantees of similar results for every individual.
12. General Provisions
