A free 30-minute conversation to think through where you are, what is happening, and whether coaching is the right support. It is not a sales pitch.

Who is this coaching for?

Senior supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, and cross-functional leaders navigating pressure, complexity, transition, or stagnation.

Do you only work with supply chain leaders?

Supply chain and operations leaders are my core focus, but I also work with senior professionals in adjacent complex, cross-functional roles.

How is this different from generic executive coaching?

The coaching is grounded in lived supply chain leadership experience, evidence-based practice, and the real operating context of complex organisations.

What happens in coaching sessions?

Sessions use real leadership situations as the starting point. The work combines reflection, challenge, experiential learning, positive psychology, and practical next steps.

What do you mean by inner and outer world?

The outer world is the visible leadership challenge: meetings, stakeholders, decisions, teams, pressure, and business results. The inner world is what shapes the leader’s response: assumptions, values, strengths, emotions, confidence, energy, and purpose.

Do you work with employer-sponsored clients?

Yes. Coaching can include alignment with HR, Talent, or the sponsoring manager where appropriate, while maintaining the confidentiality needed for effective coaching.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. I work with leaders across geographies and bring experience from Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential. In employer-sponsored coaching, goals and themes can be aligned, but personal session content remains private unless otherwise agreed.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is future-oriented and focused on leadership, development, decisions, and meaningful work. It is not a substitute for therapy or clinical mental health support.

How do I choose a package?
