6-month coaching engagement | 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions
Designed for: Sustained leadership development over several months.

- Space to build confidence, clarity, and sustainable performance.
- Support through pressure, change, and stakeholder complexity.
- VIA Strengths assessment and coaching debrief.
- Between-session check-ins by email and/or phone, up to 30 minutes.

Flourish Partnership
12-month executive coaching partnership | 12 x 60-minute coaching sessions
Designed for: Senior leaders or employer-sponsored engagements requiring deeper support, continuity, and business-context integration.
- 4 quarterly progress reviews.
- Sponsor alignment where relevant.
- VIA Strengths assessment, coaching debrief, and strengths integration across the engagement.
- Between-session check-ins by email and/or phone, up to 30 minutes, on an as-needed basis.
- Stakeholder and leadership-context mapping.
- Preparation support for critical conversations or senior leadership moments.
- Tailored reflection resources between sessions.
- End-of-engagement reflection and development summary.
