6. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. This policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business.
6.1. Rescheduling a Session (by either party)
To ensure mutual respect for each other’s time, both you and your coach must provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email to reschedule a session. We allow a maximum of two rescheduled sessions per 6-month period. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
6.2. Cancelling a Coaching Package (by you)
•Before Commencement: If you cancel your coaching package in writing before the first scheduled session, you will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee to cover our initial setup and onboarding costs.
•After Commencement: If you choose to cancel after the coaching has commenced, you must provide 14 days’ written notice. You will be refunded for the unused portion of the sessions, less a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one full session. This fee is a reasonable pre-estimate of the costs we incur from an early termination, including planning and program material preparation.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law as outlined in Section 3.
