1. What is executive coaching and how is it different from therapy?
Executive coaching is a professional partnership focused on helping you achieve your future-oriented goals. We work together to unlock your potential, build strategic leadership skills, and navigate career challenges. While coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Therapy typically focuses on healing past traumas and treating mental health conditions, whereas coaching is action-oriented and focuses on developing your skills and achieving specific, forward-looking outcomes. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, we strongly recommend seeking support from a qualified mental health professional.
2. Who do you typically work with?
I specialize in partnering with leaders and professionals in the Supply Chain industry, as well as managers and executives in other sectors who are navigating transitions, feeling stuck, or aiming to move from a reactive, firefighting mode to strategic, impactful leadership. My clients are typically striving managers, cross-cultural achievers, strategic HR leaders, and senior leaders feeling stagnant or burnt out.
3. What are your qualifications and coaching philosophy?
My coaching approach is evidence-based, meaning it is grounded in proven psychological frameworks and leadership theories. I am a certified coach with a deep commitment to professional ethics and standards. My philosophy, "evidence-based flourishing," combines scientific rigor with a genuine desire to help you grow, connect, and perform sustainably. I draw on models such as the PERMA model of well-being, Psychological Capital (PsyCap), and Authentic Leadership to create a tailored approach for each client.
4. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is right for you if you are ready to take proactive steps toward your goals, are open to new perspectives, and are committed to doing the reflective work between sessions. If you are facing a specific professional challenge, navigating a career transition, or feel you have untapped potential, coaching can provide the structure, support, and accountability you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.

5. What coaching packages do you offer?
We offer three primary coaching packages designed to meet different needs:
•Flourish Focus: A 90-minute intensive session for immediate clarity on a single, specific challenge.
•Foundation Series: A 6-session program over 3-6 months to build foundational leadership skills and overcome overwhelm.
•Executive Partnership: A comprehensive 3-12 month partnership for senior leaders facing significant strategic challenges.

6. How does the coaching process begin?
Every engagement starts with a complimentary, no-obligation Initial Alignment Call. This 30-45 minute conversation allows us to understand your challenges and goals, and for you to determine if my coaching style is the right fit. If we agree to move forward, I will send you a formal Coaching Agreement and your first invoice to secure your spot.
7. How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Sessions are typically conducted via video call (e.g., Zoom) to accommodate clients globally. In-person sessions may be available in the Saratoga, NSW area upon request. The format and frequency of sessions will be agreed upon in your Coaching Agreement.
8. What is expected of me as a client?
To get the most out of our partnership, you are expected to come to each session prepared, be open and honest, and be ready to explore new ideas. The real growth happens between sessions, so your commitment to completing agreed-upon actions and reflections is crucial. You are always in the driver's seat—fully responsible for the decisions and actions you take.
9. Do you guarantee results?
Your success in coaching is a result of the collaborative effort between us and, most importantly, your own commitment, effort, and motivation. For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our guarantee, under the Australian Consumer Law, is that our services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for the purpose you’ve described, and be delivered within a reasonable time. We are fully committed to providing the highest quality professional support to help you achieve your goals.
Policies & Logistics
10. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice via email to reschedule a session, and this applies to both you and the coach. We allow a maximum of two rescheduled sessions per 6-month period. If you need to cancel a coaching package after it has commenced, we require 14 days’ written notice. You will be refunded for unused sessions, less a cancellation fee equivalent to one full session. 11. Is everything I share confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of a trusting coaching relationship. All information you share during our sessions is strictly confidential. The only exception, as required by law and professional ethics, is if you disclose information that suggests a risk of serious harm to yourself or others. In such a rare event, we may be obligated to contact appropriate professional services. This is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
12. How are payments handled?
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. We accept payment via Bank Transfer or Credit Card (processed securely through Stripe). Payment for a package is required in advance of the first session unless a payment plan is agreed upon in your Coaching Agreement. You will receive a formal invoice with all necessary details.
13. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., are not provided with due care and skill). For a minor failure, we will first seek to rectify the issue. For a major failure, you are entitled to a refund for the unused portion of your contract. Please refer to Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions for a full explanation of your rights.
14. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available for our longer-term packages (Foundation Series and Executive Partnership). If you require a payment plan, please discuss this with us during the Initial Alignment Call, and we can incorporate it into your Coaching Agreement.
15. What happens after my coaching package ends?
Upon completion of your coaching package, we will have a final session to review your progress, celebrate your achievements, and outline a plan for you to continue your growth independently. Many clients choose to book periodic check-in sessions (such as a quarterly Flourish Focus session) to maintain momentum, while others feel fully equipped to continue on their own. The goal is to empower you for long-term success, not to create dependency.
