We’ll explore your goals and challenges to see if coaching feels right for you. The fee is fully deducted from any package you choose afterwards.

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions are online via video call, typically 60 minutes, scheduled across time zones for flexibility.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends—some clients benefit from a few focused sessions, others from ongoing support. We’ll design the structure together.

What topics can we work on?

Leadership transitions, confidence, career change, or wellbeing—whatever matters most to you.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, while therapy addresses clinical issues. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or mentoring.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. All sessions are fully confidential, in line with EMCC, ICF, and AC codes of ethics.
